3 Fast Ways to Raise Your Vibration
What do you do when your just not feeling yourself? You spill coffee on your favorite blouse. You get a flat tire on the way to work. Your bank balance is $2.00. You feel like these things will set the tone for the rest of the day. Heck, the rest of the week! Things can’t get any worse. Of course, they can, but this is where we stop and flip our vibe!
Here are 3 fast ways to raise your vibration to get you out of a funk and into a flow of greatness.
- Shake it off. Literally! Get moving. Take a few steps around your home or job will make a huge difference. Sitting all day is not only bad for your health, but also bad for your chi. Chi (pronounced Chee) is the life-force energy that lives and flows through every living thing. When the flow of energy stops or slows down you interrupt the natural flow of allowing movement through your body.

- Get grounded. When you connect yourself with Gaia, you allow her to absorb your negative energy and absolve it. In return, she will transfer positive energy through you. - Breath. Take a deep breath in through your nose for a count of seven. Hold it for a count of seven. Release the breath out your mouth for a count of seven. 7 is a powerful number that is said to align us with the Universe and pull in positivity, power, and renewal. Repeat this process seven times.
When life knocks you down its hard to get back up again. Especially if you keep getting knocked down. Something I always try to keep in mind is that my setbacks are temporary.
